Praesto SP 是一种琼脂糖基质的强阳离子交换填料，用来纯化生物分子，包括蛋白质、肽和寡核苷酸。有三种粒径的填料可供选择 – 45μm，65μm和90μm – 根据不同粒径来获得高分辨率、适度分辨率或者捕获阶段。
