Praesto NHS树脂的配体中含有一种伯胺。它包含一种将配基与层析基质分离的”间隔“，以获得最高的配基密度。预活化的NHS树脂在基质和配体之间形成稳定的酰胺键，因此有极低的配体泄漏和较高的碱稳定性。
