Praesto Pure 是一种琼脂糖基质的强阳离子交换填料，用以大规模纯化生物分子。它是亲和层析填料理想的基质，有三种粒径的填料可供选择 – 45μm，65μm和90μm –  根据不同粒径来获得高分辨率、适度分辨率或者捕获阶段。Praesto Pure也可以用作大分子生物分子如病毒和质粒的凝胶过滤。
